$20- Fat Tester
I will test your body fat and measurements then send an email with exercises for a body part of your choice.
$40- Build your own
You can set up sessions however you would like for $ 40 per session. Once a week up to 6 times a week, the choice is yours. Money for the week is due at the time of the first session. I recommend at least two days a week training with me. .
$30 per person - Group Training
Two+ people can train together. This is a per session fee. You can add more people it will just be $30 per person.
$40- Weekly Meal Plan
We will discuss foods you eat and make a meal plan that will help you reach your goals and feel better overall.
*Payment for the entire week of sessions is due at the first session of the week.
**You must call 24 hours in advance to cancel your session or you will still be charged for the session.
